We’re in love with Lauren’s classic wedding dress! Firstly, her jeweled sash is beautiful. Secondly, is her floral lace mermaid wedding gown. Last but not least, we found her cap sleeve lace illusion breath taking.

This seaside location was perfect for pictures. In addition, it was the perfect location for their reception. Guests were able to look out of the windows to watch the sun set behind the Jacksonville skyline.
Did someone say cake? Lauren and Drew had a simple white, gold, and black wedding cake. Most importantly the cake tasted fabulous.

We pride ourselves in capturing almost every moment. However, it is hard to be in two places at once. In other words, the more photographers the better. For example, if this wedding had only one photographer we may not have gotten this picture of the bride and groom dancing.
Lauren and Drew exited their classic wedding with style! All guests were given sparklers to light up the couple’s grand exit.

We just love to photograph amazing families all along our East Coast. From Amelia Island, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Saint Augustine Beach to on down to Palm Coast, and everything in between. Vilano Beach and Crescent Beach are two of our favorite beaches for family photos. If you’re looking for a little variety in addition to just beautiful sandy beaches, consider these two options. Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park in north Jacksonville by Mayport Naval Station offers wooded nature trails, a lake setting, a great beach walkover and sand dunes. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park south of River to Sea Preserve by Marineland has a lovely garden side and a beautiful beach side with coquina rocks. These family pictures were taken in the popular vacation destination of Amelia Island, Florida.
Winter is a lovely time in Florida for newly engaged couples to celebrate together. The magical holiday season is full of love and laughter. A Saint Augustine Nights of Lights engagement session is an amazing place to capture these special moments. Samantha + David = the perfect couple! The Rodey family from Maryland traveled to Florida for their summer vacation and was looking for a St Augustine family beach photographer. We are so happy they found Favorite Photography and chose us to capture their memories.
Saint Augustine Beach Photos + Family Album
With three children, plus spouses and a total of 5 grandkids all traveling from around the U.S., scheduling a family photo session is a great way to remember this special time. Plus it’s lots of fun taking pictures on the beach!
Blues, greens, pinks and coral colors looked wonderful in the beach photos. Each family coordinated their outfits without being to matchy-matchy. Mixing solids with pretty patterns is a nice way to create balance when picking out the wardrobe for your family portrait. Natural white beach sand, soft greens and tans of the sea oats and blues of the ocean waves and sky are a perfect backdrop.
We love photographing outside, especially during the golden hour. Because as the sun is setting, we get most beautiful natural light on the beach. Plus it tends to be a tad bit cooler in the early evening, with a nice breeze… and we’ll take all the help we can to beat a little summer heat and intense sunshine.
Finally, what better way to preserve these cherished moments at the beach than with one of our premier family photo albums. Our custom made albums are made with ultra thick pages, archival photographic printing and hard bound cover. They are a durable, Italian flush-mount style that lays flat when opened. Daniel and Holly had the perfect spring wedding at the Country Club of Orange Park. We had an absolute fabulous time photographing their ceremony and reception. They are such a wonderful couple and super fun! Their love for each other just radiates in all their photographs.
Karen had the pleasure to create their custom wedding invitations. We loved incorporating their spring color scheme of coral, green and yellow. The colors and design worked so wonderfully, we also used similar elements when designing their wedding album.
Their wedding day details, flowers and decorations all tied in together so beautifully.

Justin and Melissa had a fabulous engagement session in St Augustine, Florida. Jerry had a great time photographing them around historic downtown and Vilano Beach.
We designed a really cool signature guest book with some of their favorite pictures. These are some of the photo layouts used in the custom album which was a big hit at their wedding reception.
Wow how time flies! We can’t believe the first month of 2013 is already over with! This first month was wonderful and we can’t wait to see what is in store for the rest of the year.
Home improvement projects, Karen’s birthday, and a very special event shoot rounded out the rest of our month. We hope you had a wonderful January!
February is one of our favorite months. The last bits of winter around us, the feeling of love is in the air, and Spring is right around the corner.
As you can see, our month was filled with happy couples, new business materials, and some beyond adorable newborns!
We also had great times with our family, and made some wonderful memories. We’re so excited for Spring to be upon us! What are you most looking forward to in March?
Our last instagram post of 2012! This year has been amazing for Favorite Photography, and this last month proved no different!
As you can see lots of fun filled our December! We loved all of our weddings and family sessions!
We had quite a few newborn sessions, and being around new life always brings joy! We created a lot of canvas gallery wraps for Christmas presents, and know how happy they made the recipients.
If we could have one wish for 2013 it is that all of the good from this past year could be multiplied for this next year! Best wishes to you and yours!
