You might remember the wedding of Robert and Tracie from the SmileStand blog post we shared. We loved this couple so much that we wanted to share their wedding as well!
They had their ceremony at the beautiful Bethal Baptist Church in historic downtown Jacksonville, and their reception at the grand Friday Musicale in Riverside. Their wedding was a mixture of classic elegance and modern fun with lots of amazing details, diamonds and lovely shades of purple and lavender.
It was clear to see the great time the happy couple and their family and friends had at the wedding. The mood was festive and smiles were on everyone’s faces.

There’s something magical about a St. Augustine wedding. Perhaps we are partial since we live in this great city, but being surrounded by the historical past and the excitement of the present creates a mood that perfectly suits a wedding.
So it should come as no surprise that one of our favorite weddings this month was in St. Augustine. We were excited to shoot at The White Room for the marriage of Priscilla and Klint. Priscilla and Klint have a little magic behind their story as well – they were engaged on their one year anniversary, and their September 13th wedding was the two year anniversary from the day they met. It was so wonderful to see the love between this young couple, and the closeness of their family and friends.
We love all of the natural light that The White Room has, which makes for gorgeous photos. And don’t you just love their wedding details?
Priscilla and Klint made sure they had time for pictures of the two of them. We walked around some back streets in St. Augustine and captured some beautiful moments between the happy couple. When scheduling your wedding, we highly recommend factoring in time for pictures between the ceremony and reception – whether they are of just the two of you or formals with the whole bridal party.
On her wedding, Priscilla told us that they “had a great time and felt very loved on our day. It was my fairy tale day. And, our pictures are a treasure”! It was such a pleasure to shoot this wedding, and we hope to see Priscilla and Klint in the future!

Location: The Reef RestaurantBlair and David didn’t get the outside beach wedding they’d hoped for due to an unpredictable Florida thunderstorm, though they did get the partner of their dreams. Neither one seemed bothered by the last minute change of plans to bring the ceremony inside at the Reef. Their wedding was a cozy event with lots of fun and laughter and love. It was a pleasure to photography this special day and capture life as it really happens.
We wish the best for Blair and David in creating their future lives together.

There’s nothing quite as patriotic as an Americana themed wedding! We loved photographing the 4th of July wedding of Nick and Barb – they had some of the cutest details for their special day.
As the new year begins we are gearing up for another round of engagement and bridal sessions. Here is a sampling from Jaime’s bridal session at the elegant Epping Forest Yacht Club. She was such a beautiful bride and the sweetest person! Jaime and Jason were a perfect couple. We created a 12 inch square, custom bridal album and look forward to designing their large 11×14 wedding album next!

Velissa and Willie had a gorgeous wedding day at Embassy Suites Baymeadows in Jacksonville, Florida and Favorite Photography had the pleasure of being a part of it all.
They are another one of our amazing couples, so in love and great to work with! Jerry Favorite photographed all their special moments starting with candid, getting ready photos, the ceremony, formal family and wedding party photographs and a plethora of images throughout the reception celebration.
After the happy couple selected their favorite photographs from their wedding day, Jerry designed the custom montage album in Photoshop. Our archival photo books have ultra thick, seamless pages.
Velissa and Willie’s wedding album is a classic storybook they will have
to treasure for many years to come. Their “Tiffany” aqua blue and soft cream colors were bright and elegant. They had beautiful details and accents from flowers, jewelry, programs to favors and decorations. We love their wedding album and photographs and hope you enjoy them too!
